I had the most disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a confusing menu that didn't display any prices. It's baffling that a restaurant, especially one charging more than $15-20 for a meal, wouldn't make their prices readily available to customers or friendly used. To make matters worse, the food took an eternity to arrive, even though there were hardly any other customers in the establishment. I couldn't understand why it took so long when the place was virtually empty. The icing on the cake was the lackluster customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, and it felt like they couldn't be bothered to assist or answer questions about the menu. When you're paying a premium for a meal, you expect a certain level of service, and unfortunately, this place fell far short of that mark. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. The combination of confusing menus, slow service, and unimpressive customer service made for a truly disappointing dining experience. Save your money and go somewhere else where you'll get both better food and better treatment.

Stopped in here for my daughter's birthday because it had a five star review and some yummy looking empanadas on the menu. Everything was amazing! The service was friendly and made it seem like we were the most important customer in the restaurant. I highly recommend. *One note - their menus are in Spanish and I did not find an English version while I was there Google translate and our waitress were very helpful to make it a smooth process even with the language barrier.

This place is great. They have such a variety of juices, and today we got guanábana. It was so delicious. I got the hamburguesa. You can choose for the meat to be different things and I got mixtura which had I swear like 3 or 4 different kinds of meats. The place was nice enough and the worker was really helpful and friendly. Definitely come here to try other Venezuelan things besides just arepas!

Order 22 empanadas half chicken half beef. They call me to tell me they are out of the beef ones. No problem replace some of those with cheese make the rest of them chicken, you know didn't want any cheese to begin with which is why I didn't order them but stuff happens and don't really want to make a whole different lunch order so just switch it to that call again. They apologize and we move along. I get there to grab my food and as I'm about to pull out notice there's only four sauces in my bag for 22 empanadas once again so I go back in and ask for more because I know we will use much more than four and once again considering there's 22 empanadas and it was just short of 100.00 order it wouldn't be an issue... Go in and they tell me they usually charge but theyll give me 2... Give me 2 way smaller than the ones in the bag. So I asked how many sauces are supposed to come with how many empanadas supposedly? Can't get a straight answer from her and all she keeps saying is that all that is supposed to come with my orders what's in there... which that in itself is very annoying situation to begin with if you ask me for such a large amount of food but aside from that why if that's a thing not have an option online to add extra sauce...? Not to mention once again the fact that my whole order got changed in the beginning and I guess they're supposedly sorry but not sorry enough to even give me a decent amount of sauce to actually be able to have enough for all the food

I have almost a year since my last time, i did enyou the patacon with lomito and chorizo, one of the best on the city, the staff was super fiendly but the best part was how open they were, I was with a group and i have to pay for everybody but forgot the company card, so they helped me and took extra time to take it manually by phone.

So far only tried the hot dog (Venezuelan style that I missed so much!), they have an adult version, cuz it was much larger than what I remember! Also tried the fried arepas with chicken, comes with two medium size ones. I was excited to try the arepas prepared this way, quite different from the baked ones. The chicken was cubed & grilled, as opposed to shredded, and served with a dry coleslaw. It looked amazing and was quite savory. I'm definetely coming back to try other, very missed, dishes from their menu.
